The room was spotless and had an electric kettle and a fridge, which was convenient. The location of the hotel was particularly good, just a pleasant stroll away from S Club. The staff were extremely friendly and very hospitable.

Enjoyed climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room. It had extremely comfy beds and an amazing view of the sea. Location: the hotel was short walk to Phu Quoc and all the shops and restaurants and both the beach and the main road. The vibe here was quiet. Brilliantly friendly and extremely friendly staff, they showed us spa lounge.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the twin room I stayed in to be a bit lacking. However, I understand that this is purely my subjective opinion, and others may not be bothered by it.

The amenities in the hotel were excellent, including the rooftop pool with stunning views and the spa, where we enjoyed relaxing massages. we were highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the fantastic breakfast selection that included both local and international dishes. The friendly staff was always available to cook omelettes and fried eggs upon request. the hotel's prime location made it easy to access the nearby restaurants and find affordable private taxi drivers for day trips.

the waste issue in the surrounding areas of the hotel was hard to ignore, with trash on the roadside and a construction area near the pool. while I enjoyed my stay, these were two aspects that could have been improved for a more comfortable experience.

the hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautiful rooftop pool, excellent spa services, and friendly staff. it was a perfect place for my kids to play safely and enjoy themselves.
